My favorite is when he went over the bars into the back of the open truck. The cop car was good too.

Women brazers. Virtually all of Schwinn's frames were brazed by 3 women. Smaller hands and patience.

Yeah, Brazing takes patience to wait for the work to get to the right temps and have a clean joint.

It is cool to see Nitto silver brazing those Stainless racks. Tempting to make my own rack since the ones available for my bike look like crap IMHO.

This is a 2-way cycle track in Washington D.C. It's an example of something that really wasn't thought through properly.

Here's a little video from last week where my riding buddy catches me in action... flying over the handlebars trying to avoid a head-on on a narrow trail. Whoops. Good thing I landed on the hardest part of my body... my head. :face-devil-grin:

Nice save on that headplant. Taking out that rider would have sucked. What trail is that? I don't recognize it. Something in Orange County?

Steve Rex was just ahead of me in high school. I saw a Black Flag show with him in '82 at the Santa Monica Civic-- I think it was one of the last ones before Henry Rollins came and screwed them up. Good guy (Steve.)

Some of those xtranormal movies are awesome - has anybody here ever tried to make a movie from it?

Many here may recall the xtranormal movie (2009) about the two hipsters contemplating getting into cyclocross, but for those who don't, here it is:

Where did The Flying Pigeon originate even though it was introduced to China in the 1960s?
The Flying Pigeon. A billion Chinese can't be wrong. What a gorgeous film. Marketing bicycles for Citizen Cyclists with perfection.

All I can say is "worth buying".
After all... it's as the secretary said, it's fashionable, very cute, and like her "leder aufin"(I don't know. It's made of leather though). Not to mention it's a "good emotion".
Actually though, I'm quite impressed with the bike. Just find it funny that they used something like babelfish to do the translating.

When are we going to make such a video short for San Diego? Although it seems to focus on rational reasons (cost, time) it actually shows all the emotional markers that are needed to convince people to pedal.

Probably if it is marketed to Triathletes, it may work. Triathlete bikes mimic running stance but this mimics swimming.....
