Found it! Knew this was a Buddhist temple, but I was trying to determine what type of script was on the building. Thought it was Lao, but it's Cambodian! It's Wat Sovannkiry--'wat,' I found out in my research (trying to translate the symbols on the building), means 'temple.' It's located on 52nd right off of University (going south). I apparently pass it whenever I head over to Balboa Park or places near there since I generally commute via University. -
