I've been meaning to join Paseo de Todos for a long time, but it never works out with my schedule. February will be my month!

But I was thinking of riding out with a friend this Sunday, though I've never taken a bike over the border before nor have I explored TJ all that much.

Any tips? Is it tricky at all to take bikes through the pedestrian walkway crossing? Should my OnGuard u-lock/cable combo suffice for keeping our bikes safe?

Also, any recommendations for fun bars and restaurants that take dollars? I've heard there are a lot of hip and upcoming places. I'd love to see them.
