Since SANDAG/MTS is working on trolley rails in the area, any chance of connecting north end of Morena Blvd. with Santa Fe/Rose Canyon Bike Path?

Before construction on the UCSD trolley extension began, it was possible but dangerous and illegal to cross the tracks near the bottom of Jutland. At present, and in the foreseeable future, it will be impossible, too.

The UCSD trolley extension is a $2 billion+ project - that Sandag et.al couldn't include a measly million or two to connect Morena and Santa Fe is incredible and inexcusable. In a similar fashion, the plans for non-automobile facilities at the new Balboa Ave trolley stop are also unfunded at present.
